SAE Engineering exists to do one uncommon thing well: fabricate structural steel and build the industrial control & automation that runs it — from the same hands. Where most projects split that across a fabricator, an electrician and a controls contractor, here it's one accountable engineer who designs it, welds it, stands it up and commissions it.

That's the whole model. The person who quotes your job is the person who builds it — no sales reps, no hand-offs, no one to point at when something's not right. We're QBCC-licensed, weld structural steel to AS/NZS 1554 in MIG, TIG, stainless and aluminium, run crane-lift installs on site, and program control systems on Schneider and other major platforms — right up to the complete control system for an industrial banana-drying plant.

Over the past few years we've put thousands of jobs across construction, civil and food & beverage processing sites from Cairns to the Tablelands and Cape York, and we'll travel interstate for the right one. If you need it engineered properly, built to last and commissioned working, that's what we do. What we don't do is chase the cheapest quick job — this is serious work for serious operators.
