That's a lot of what we do. Steel fabrication suits one-off and custom parts where nothing off the shelf fits — a replacement bracket, a custom platform, a specialised frame. Send the specs or a sketch and we'll cut, weld and finish it to match, in mild steel, stainless or aluminium.
Do I need an engineer before fabrication starts?
For structural or safety-critical parts, yes — the drawings should be designed and certified. The upside here is we do engineering design ourselves, so we can take you from concept to certified drawing to finished steel under one roof. For simple fabrications, clear dimensions and load info are usually enough.
What's the typical turnaround for steel fabrication?
Small jobs like brackets or plates are often two to five days. Structural frames and platforms run one to three weeks depending on complexity and steel availability. A clear scope up front is the single biggest thing that keeps it fast.
