How often should I schedule preventative maintenance for heavy equipment?
It depends on the machine, its hours and how hard it works. For most industrial gear, every 250 to 500 hours is a sensible baseline — but track the wear and follow the OEM guidance, then tighten the interval on anything working hard. Planned servicing is always cheaper than an unplanned breakdown.
How quickly can emergency breakdowns be resolved?
It comes down to location, availability and whether the parts are on hand. Critical faults can often be attended within hours when you call early. Keep your common spares on site and give us a clear fault description up front, and we'll move faster.
Can maintenance be done on-site or does equipment need to be moved?
